These terms apply to your use of the Business Analyst Services website (the “site”). By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

About these terms

These terms cover the website only. Our recruitment, talent community and advisory services are provided under a separate written agreement with each client or candidate. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement applies. The BAS platform has its own terms, which you accept when you create an account there.

Using the site

You may use the site for lawful purposes only. You must not:

  • use the site in a way that breaks any law or infringes anyone’s rights;
  • try to gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers or any connected system;
  • introduce viruses or other harmful code, or interfere with the site’s operation or security;
  • scrape, copy or harvest content or data from the site by automated means without our written permission; or
  • use the contact form to send spam, unsolicited advertising or misleading information.

Information on the site

We try to keep the site accurate and up to date, but its content is general information only. It is not professional, legal, financial or career advice, and you should not rely on it as such.

Sample reports, statistics, examples and case studies on the site may use illustrative data to show format and approach. They do not represent results we guarantee. We do not promise that any candidate will be placed in a role, or that any organisation will fill a vacancy, as a result of using the site.

Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, we own or license all content on the site, including text, graphics, logos, reports and design. You may view, download and print pages and sample reports for your own personal or internal business use. You must not otherwise reproduce, publish, modify or sell any part of the site without our written permission.

The Business Analyst Services name and logo are ours. Other trade marks shown on the site belong to their owners.

Information you send us

When you contact us or send us material such as a CV, you confirm that the information is accurate and that you have the right to share it. We handle personal information as set out in our Privacy Policy.

Links to other websites

The site may link to websites run by others. We provide these links for convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.

Availability

We may change, suspend or remove any part of the site at any time without notice. We do not guarantee that the site will always be available or free from errors, viruses or interruptions.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot be excluded.

Subject to that, the site is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we exclude all warranties about the site, and we are not liable for any loss or damage (including indirect or consequential loss, or loss of data, profit or opportunity) arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site or any content on it. Where our liability cannot be excluded but can be limited, it is limited to supplying the relevant content again.

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be published on this page, with the date it was last updated. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws in force in Australia. You and we submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Australian courts.
