Accessibility Statement

Business Analyst Services wants everyone to be able to use this website, including people with disability and people using assistive technology such as screen readers, screen magnifiers, voice control or keyboard-only navigation.

Our standard

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. These guidelines are the internationally recognised standard for web accessibility, and are the benchmark used by the Australian Human Rights Commission when considering access to online services under the Disability Discrimination Act 1992 (Cth).

What we do

  • Semantic HTML with a clear heading hierarchy
  • A keyboard-navigable interface with visible focus states
  • Sufficient colour contrast for text and interactive elements
  • Alt text for meaningful images
  • Respect for your device’s reduced-motion setting, which turns off animations
  • A “skip to main content” link on every page
  • Form fields with visible labels and clear error messages
  • Pages that work when zoomed to 200% and on small screens

We run automated accessibility checks on changes to the site before they go live.

Known limitations

Despite our efforts, some parts of the site may not yet be fully accessible:

  • Sample report PDFs are not yet tagged for screen readers. If you need a report in an accessible format, email us and we will send it to you in a format that suits you.

We are working to fix these issues.

If you find an accessibility barrier on the site, or need information in a different format, please email gday@business-analyst.services. Tell us the page address and what went wrong, and we will aim to reply within two business days. We welcome feedback, and use it to improve the site.
